Description

As part of University Mental Health Day, join Lucy Glen (AL Human Nutrition & Food Science) and Melanie Toulson (Sodexo Executive Chef) for a 1 hour session based around baking healthy snacks to help avoid eating junk food during the afternoon slump!

There will be two sessions running at the following times:

  • 2 - 3pm
  • 3 - 4pm
